Return/exchange applications must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

The product must be in unused and undamaged condition.

Retain the original packaging, tags, and accompanying instructions (if any).

2. How to Apply for a Return/Exchange

Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the product.

Customer service will confirm the return/exchange process with you within 24 hours.

3. Return Process

After receiving return approval, please ship the product back to the return address provided by customer service.

We recommend using a trackable and secure logistics method to ensure the safe arrival of the product.

After receiving the returned product and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 5–10 business days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment account.

4. Exchange Process

If you need to exchange a product, please specify the model or specification you need to replace when applying.

The inventory and price of the exchangeable product are subject to the information displayed on the checkout page.

We will process the exchange order as soon as possible and provide logistics information.

5. Refund Notes

Refunds do not include the original shipping cost (unless the product has a quality issue or the wrong item was sent).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items
